My Story:

After nearly two decades as a senior leader in Human Resources, employment relations, and organizational development, Attorney Mariah Cajuste saw firsthand how deeply legal issues affect people's lives, livelihoods, and sense of security. That experience shaped her philosophy: legal representation should be approachable, human, and rooted in real-world understanding.

Mariah transitioned into law not from theory, but from lived experience by leading teams, advising executives, resolving complex workplace matters, and advocating for fairness and clarity across organizations. She brings that same grounded, people-first approach into her legal practice today. She is also a nationally certified mediator in most matters of civil cases.
